ACCOUNTING SERVICES

We aim to serve every aspect within the accounting department of a small or medium size company.
Service provided is based on different needs from different companies. It can be performed in our office or in your office (i.e. on-site service).
If service is performed in our office you can deliver the accounting vouchers & documents to our office or we can arrange them to be collected from your office. Accounting vouchers & documents will be returned after finishing the service.
Accounting or book-keeping services can be provided periodically by month, by quarter, by half-yearly or by year.
Service required for clearing up cumulative unrecorded accounting transactions are welcome.
Basically, journal, general ledgers & non-current assets register will be provided.
Depends on the business operation of different companies sales ledger, purchases ledger, debtor’s ledger & creditor’s Ledger can be provided.
Financial Statements at each financial year ends will be provided .
According to the needs of different companies, monthly, quarterly or half-yearly financial statements will be provided .

Accounting Service Fee

We charge at reasonable fee.
Normally, the service fee is based on the volume of transactions, nature of business and whether it is performed in our office or in your office.
Fee will be adjusted for comparatively complicated transactions such as but not limit to those transactions involving loan, hire purchase, lease of assets, consignment of goods, financial instruments, & derivatives.
Cheaper fee will be charged for service performed in our office.
It is unavoidable that the fee for on-site service will be comparably higher.
Book-keeping Fee: starting from HK$1000 per month, HK$1500 per quarter & HK$1800 per year.
Special discount may be allowed when having both book-keeping & arrange audit services.
Requisition of service fee quotation is free of charges.
