ARRANGE AUDIT SERVICES

We provide services in arranging the statutory audit & special audit, such as internal control system & operating system, to be conducted by practising certified public accountants (CPA), firms of CPA (practising) or corporate practices registered with the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Service Fee

Arrange audit fee can be depends on the company's nature of the business, scale of the business operations & time available to perform the audit.
Other criteria such as number of properties, subsidiary or associate companies held, transactions involving loan, hire purchase, lease of assets, financial instruments, & derivatives will also affect the fee charged.
Requisition of service fee quotation is free of charges.

A U D I T A R R A N G E M E N T

The new Companies Ordinance relaxes the criteria for companies to prepare simplified financial reports and directors' reports. Private or guarantee companies (other than certain companies specifically excluded) that are qualified to prepare simplified reports are exempted from certain specific requirements relating to the preparation of financial statements, directors' and auditor's reports. However, except dormant companies who have registered for its being dormant, audit of the financial statements is still required for all companies.
