AUDIT ARREANGEMENT

COMPANY SECRETARY

A limited company must comply with the various provisions in the Companies Ordinance. It includes the timely disclosure and reporting of specified information about the company and any changes in such information to the Registrar of Companies.

Late delivery of an annual return of a local private company will result in a higher registration fee ranging from HK$870 to HK$3,480.

TAXATION

The direct taxes levied under the Inland Revenue Ordinance are Profits Tax, Salaries Tax & Property Tax.

Taxpayers have the obligations to file their tax returns promptly & correctly. If a person cannot lodge a tax return in time, estimated assessment will be issued and the person may be subject to penalty proceedings.

Election of personal assessment may reduce the tax payable by individual taxpayers.
